THE PALLADIUM PROGRAM
Equity Players, Inc., Palladium program is a one (1) year post-graduate program designed to assist student-athletes prepare for college before their NCAA Elibility "5 years to play 4 years" clock... The program is similar in nature to Post High School Basketball Association and aims to engage in competition with teams of that league, The Grind Session's Power Conference, Nationally Ranked Post Grad Prep Schools, as well as, OTE, among others. The season and Experiential Learning + Entrepreneurial Mentorship is ONLY a supplement to the Individualized Education Plan ("IEP") each high school graduate invited will be required to pursue and complete in order to solidify or expedite their "Progress Toward Degree".
